# Repository-shape rules

Rules about the tree as a whole, rather than the contents of one file.

| Rule | Severity | What |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [`tree/identifier-under-ids`](./identifier-under-ids) | error | Identifier directories must be under `ids/` |
| [`tree/no-case-collision`](./no-case-collision) | error | Two names differing only by case cannot both be checked out |
| [`tree/only-own-identifier`](./only-own-identifier) | warning | Keep a change to one identifier |
